I really like this product. It is great to be able to leave home, set the system to away, and know that if a leak is detected I will be notified, as well as the water valve shutting down. Also, because the leak detectors sense temperature, I can monitor the actual temperature wherever the detector is located, such as a crawl space. This is a great water softening system well worth the investment.

It provides great-tasting water and works like a charm. Tried to run water and the water shut off. I assumed that our pipes froze. It took for day of trying to thaw out the pipes before I discovered that the system shut off the water without me knowing it. If you have to run water all night be sure to bypass the system.

It also detected a running toilet.

Excellent product, use the app to monitor water usage. Helps limit kid’s time in the shower. Get alerts about running toilet on my mobile app as well as email, which is very helpful in saving water wastage.

This is a great product. It has already saved us a lot of headaches and decreased our water bill. We received alerts when a toilet was running without stopping and it has notified us of a leak under our sink before anything bad happened. My favorite features are the alerts that notify you of something going wrong with the water in your house and the ability to set how long before the water automatically shuts off.

The ability to monitor The water softener and amount of water flow in the house at all times. Also the alerting system when excessive water is being used.

I identified a toilet that had a slow leak.

I like to control all items remotely. like the upgrades over wifi, and ability to shut off main water valve.

We have a new home so no issues found so far but got system to be able to monitor water usage, especially leaks. Offers piece of mind if something should happen while away from the house that it will close the valve and prevent further damage. I like being able to check temperature at each location of the leak detectors.

Great system. It is the best softener I have every had. Our water is 42 grains Hardness and it works flawlessly.
