Excellent product! Design and fabrication quality are better than other designs I considered. Software integration is this products strong point. primary use is water pipe integrity and monitoring water pressure.

Frost proof outdoor wall hydrant was covered by foam insulation “inside” the basement sill and wasn’t able to absorb heat. Unexpected freeze caused hydrant to fracture. The protection valve sent an alert and shut off the water preventing major damage and saving us thousands. Also, water pressure variations and alerts helped diagnose a failed expansion tank on the water heater.

I have a customer that travels a lot, and liked the idea of remotely shutting her water off and her home being protected so I brought up the drop home protection valve, and instantly she wanted it! It works FLAWLESSLY.

We are away from home for long periods of time and now I don’t have to worry about broken water pipes.

I have used the toilet tank tablets to keep the bowl clean evidently this created a film that allowed a slow leak. The slow leak feature showed this up.

Very easy to install and set up. The DROP system has exposed a leaking toilet that would not have been noticed otherwise.

I like the security of notification of use and pressure as well as automatic shut off.
